Whoa, you want to contact me? That is awesome! I would love to hear from you. Here are some ways that you can reach out to me, in order of preference:
Link Requests and Article Suggestions
Would you like to recommend an article or website that I should be linking to? No thank you. Such requests are deleted unread. Unwanted follow-ups are reported to your ISP and mine.
Agent
Professional inquiries should be directed to my agent, Paul Stevens of Donald Maass Literary Agency.
This is the fastest and most reliable way to reach me. Write to me here: author (at) dankoboldt [dot] com. Bonus points for a witty subject line! Be careful to avoid links and such, as my spam filter may eat the message. I can’t reply to every e-mail I get, but I do read them and appreciate them.
Please consider joining my mailing list if you’d like to hear what I’m up to on a regular basis (at most, twice per month).
Social Media
See buttons below. You’re most likely to reach me on Twitter, where I’m @DanKoboldt. No DM’s, please. Please don’t be offended if I don’t follow you back right away; I try to limit how much time I spend not writing.

Telephone
If we know each other and it’s urgent: area code three one four, then 467-0454. But I’ll be honest: if I don’t recognize your name/number, it’s extremely unlikely that I’ll answer the first time (I get a lot of spam calls). It’s best to reach out by e-mail first. I’m usually pretty quick to reply.
Postal Mail
Please contact me for my mailing address before you send anything. I generally don’t open unsolicited letters, books, or packages, because it could be bacillus anthracis, you know?
Follow me and you'll never miss a post:
